What about the lack of heavy ammo drops during the Whisper mission?

They expect you to compensate it with armor perks.... (f*cked me over, when they implemented it pre-forsaken when i was helping a friend get it and you could not get the new perks yet)

That's the same issue I'm having. I already have it but I have been trying to help a friend get it and it's a lot harder now due to the lack of heavy. I have run it with 2 pieces of armor that increase heavy ammo drops and I still never got any to drop.
