It might say it is but it’s not.
It’s obviously a visual glitch.
If it was enabled these lvl 9s wouldn’t be able to invade and get kills. But they do.
And no matter what level I am I’m still doing the same number of damage to people.
Might wanna research what YOU say.

Maybe. But I assume it’s more of a visual glitch based on you not owning Forsaken. Mine is perfectly normal and I’ve had no issues with not being able to do damage.
