It's pretty sad how obsessed you are about the difficulty of your PVE content and how outright scared you are that we might actually feel powerful in a looter game with RPG elements.
The fact that you really felt a need to nerf scout rifles across the board shows how out of touch with your own player base you are at times. Literally noone asked for that, they were in an acceptable place and not even part of the Meta, PVE or PVP.

Precisely, but Bungie let the team that got first raid clear farm Prime engrams and glitch into the raid!

They didn't "let" them. It was something that the game let you do by design whether they intended for them to be able to do it or not. The prime engram exploit isn't cheating. You just figured out a way to get more because all they were doing was literally just playing the game. As for glitching into the raid, people have been glitching into these areas since the beginning of D1 and it'll continue to happen as Bungie can't check every square inch of map.

1 the were aware of the prime engram farming and warned everyone, not to do it! 2. They can see how you leveled up and watched the raid clear, so yeah the could have stopped it. 3. Are you living under a rock that I need to point out these points to you. Just watch their video on youtube, almost everyone thinks the same.

The whims of the playerbase are only one part of their tweaks. They also have thier own internal data that they look at.

That data doesn't mean diddly-squat if the sandbox doesn't know how to use it. It's not the data and it's never been the data. It's always been the worlds worst sandbox in gaming history that this company has.

Yeah because they globally increased everything. I'm sure they thought to reduce scout rifles to keep everything in line or balanced. Now they see that was wrong or too much and are correcting it. Big deal man. It not like they were actively trying to make scout rifles a weaker weapon. If they thought scout rifles were too powerful that they needed to implement a nerf they would have stated so. Yes they lowered their impact but it wasn't for the sake of nerfing. Forsaken brought a whole new sandbox and adjustments were made because that's where they though they needed them to be. They were wrong and a correction is coming.

Really, are you that -blam!-. Do you wear a tinfoil hat everywhere you go? Dude it's a whole new sandbox and it was an adjustmade as they made adjustments to everything! They told us that, where was the lie? You can't call it a nerf cause forsaken hadn't been run out in the wild yet. No could comp lain abp it scout rifle performance in forsaken as none of us had played it yet. They see their adjustment wasn't right and are correcting course. They are letting us know beforebtheu correct it. This isn't defending anything it just what is actually happening. Wake up man.

After secretly nerfing them by 30%! So then they are still nerfed by 15% which wasn't needed at all. I know no one who ever used Scout rifles pre-Forsaken, since they garbage anyway. Pretty much everyone was using either pulse or auto rifles. So Bungie was completely off their rocker to nerf their damage by 30% in PVE. Just doesn't make any sense at all. They needed a buff if anything.
