They did mention it, several times. Especially the nerf to explosive rounds. Also the only place where scouts are underperforming is PVE. Pulse rifles are wrecking right now. Just check some of Aztecross’ recent reviews. Vigilance wing can still two-burst and still heals you when allies die. They didn’t nerf it, they just brought the other pulse rifles up to it’s and there are now a lot more valuable loadouts like using Sleeper as Exotic. MIDA also wasn't nerfed and it is actually pretty good right now if lightweight Scout Rifles are your thing. Graviton Lance can still 3-tap, and so can Jade Rabbit now, so why the hell so you say they are nerfed?
