Supers should be the only one shot ability in the game.
Played a fair amount of crucible and I believe the two one shot abilitys (titan charge and warlock mini nova) should not be one-shots.
Shoulder charge should be a move used to confirm a kill on an weakened foe. Not give free kills for just running at people.
Mini nova just remove self damage and make its damage comparable to a normal grenade. That way its still a useful ability as the user can still decide between two grenades depending on the situation.
I believe these two abilities are way to rewarding for the amount of effort required and should be altered a bit.

2 RisposteTitan shoulder charge is fine. To reiterate it has a charge time, you need to have the ability, and you have to get close. Work on your awareness, and backpedal any rushing Titans, they have an audio cue and a visual cue. In fact the dfa charge needs to one shot as well it's very underwhelming. As for handheld supernova, it's fine because they can kill themselves with it. High risk, high reward. [spoiler] you have summoned me[/spoiler]
