Scout Rifles feel like crap and I hardly ever use them for any engagement. I feel like I'm handicapping myself when I use 'em. Scouts were already terrible at the start of D2, and nerfing them the way you did, you should have just removed them instead. I don't understand much of these nerfs at all.

Terrible at the start of D2? Nameless Midnight was one of the top tier weapons to use in PvE. Same with the Mannanan SR4. Eternal Blazon and other Lightweight archetype Scout Rifles were pretty solid in Crucible. The only ones that weren't worth using were the High-Impact archetypes like the Does Not Compute.
