Scout Rifle Damage
At the release of Destiny 2: Forsaken, Scout Rifle damage was reduced for PvE activities. This was further impacted by an issue where Explosive Rounds were negatively effecting damage, which was addressed in a recent hotfix.
To further address the player feedback, we are planning to increase Scout Rifle damage by 15% in a future patch.

Is the game finished yet? I tried the demo so i could post on here(haven't done much of that) but from the demo it seemed absolutely TERRIBLE. As in, far, far worse than destiny 1. I'm just curious if you guys completed the game yet. I might pick it up in december if it's finished and all.

No problem at all, but how about telling us next time you make huge weapon changes like this?? Scratching my head wondering why Polaris Lance felt weak, that explains it thanks a lot

Good!!!!! They are absolutely terrible right now and I love scouts.....I’ve been sitting on one I’d like to use as it feels great and on par with the love I have for the multi tool but haven’t been able to use it cause the damage it does is just god awful right now.....hopefully this brings them back on par with pulse rifles.

They should never have been nerfed in the first place. I swear if they still suck after the buff you're gonna hear it

In terms of pve yes they could be buffed a bit, I do just fine with my Scouts in PVP though, traded directly into several pulses HCs and a sleeper

9 Risposte15% buff is still a nerf. Scout rifles where nerfed 30% in Forsaken. You need to buff them by 30% JUST TO GET THEM BACK TO EVEN.

33 RisposteWhy nerf it in the first place?? Its PVE for god's sake let us feel like the powerful guardians that we are supposed to be. I understand in crucible , But geez not in pve. For the love of all things SEPARATE PVP FROM PVE ALREADY!!!!! Sooo many updates and new content , and still have to nerf weapons and armor in pve because they're too strong in pvp.

Any plan to do anything about exotic drop rate I’m all for making exotics rarer but it seems we’ve gone from way too many exotics dropping in year one to none at all now in year 2.

why the hell did you guys even touch those guns... you made them pretty much useless. but not in pvp. i came back for the forsaken dlc. game feels in a good spot except for a few things. 1, my trusty nameless midnight became utterly useless 2, really, mastercores for simple infusion? 3, leveling is a bit slow. i mean i have almost all of my stuff around 510 but i still have a 500 heavy.. loot system is giving me allot of stuf wich is high level in my loadout.

Further proof that you monkeys have no idea how to tune weapons and make changes. Not to mention this complete assigning infusion system. But hey, whatever you have to do to increase the artificial grind right?

I have been using exclusively side arm primary because everything else feels like a squirt gun. I used almost exclusively scouts since D1 but they do almost nothing now.

41 RisposteIt's pretty sad how obsessed you are about the difficulty of your PVE content and how outright scared you are that we might actually feel powerful in a looter game with RPG elements. The fact that you really felt a need to nerf scout rifles across the board shows how out of touch with your own player base you are at times. Literally noone asked for that, they were in an acceptable place and not even part of the Meta, PVE or PVP.
