Valor reset before quest step count toward bounty?
has it been confirmed or not yet if you reset your valor before that quest step, if it actually counts toward you quest? I have seen posts and heard that it does, I have also heard and seen posts that it does not. With bonus valor this weekend, i would really like to have some confirmation please.
