Heroic PubEvents
So call me ignorant, but is there a reason to even so heroic public events any more? I have seen a huge decrease on people wanting to make public event heroic that I find my self most of the time been the only one trying to make it heroic or even clearing an event as is. What's the deal?

No longer really rewarding. Me I do cause why not but reward wise meh
