Dark Fragments not dropping for me
So, I've completed several public events and blind well activities. I've found all but 2 region chests. I've completed one of the weekly bounties. However, I have not received any dark fragments. My consumables inventory is full (50/50), but none sent to postmaster. Is this a bug?

I cleared a spot in my inventory, completed a public event and received 2 dark fragments. So, if you're inventory is full, it does not get sent to the postmaster, and you'll lose the fragments. This is a big bug.
