Where do you get the stuff to feed the cats? (spoilers?)
There's these magic cats lingering around the dreaming city, and I want to know how to slate their desires for [i]whatever[/i] they want. I got a "small gift" one time and that worked, but how do I get more? And, does anyone have like a location map for the cats?

General stuff. Public events (probably more likely on Heroic) and maybe a really rare drop on chests. 🤷♂️
