I am on PS4. It seems like the Blind Well will bug out and not allow any charges if more than one person try to use charges at the same time. After a Blind Well encounter is complete, everyone makes a mad dash to use their charge before anyone else. Every time I try to use a Tier 2 charge, someone is standing next to the Tier 1 spot (presumably trying to use their charge), and after holding Square to deposit my charge, nothing happens and nobody can use any more charges. I can reset my state by fast travelling out and coming back. Can we get some sort of cooldown on spending charges, like we did in Court of Oryx? In addition to just fixing this issue, it would help cut down on people spamming their charges when others are trying to get theirs done too.
