When you select Io, Titan or Mars from the Director, the map appears all the way to the left and had to be adjusted to the middle manually every time. (This is on Xbox One). It was not like this prior to the update - it used to appear in the middle of the map each time. Similarly with Nessus, the map appears all the way at the top of the map and has to be readjusted to be in the middle each time. The local map appearance seems to be related to where the cursor is on the Director when the map is selected when it shouldn't be - the cursor should reset to the middle of the map after selecting the map.
