Nightfall Threshold refresher
Okay, so my memory isn't serving me well here. If you hit the bonus threshold on one character, will it remember the threshold the next time you do it if you don't hit it on another character or will you have to hit the threshold on the second character?

I believe only the boots (valor) are retroactive since reaching rank 5 is a whole other grind.
