Please respond bungie. Is this still a thing? Correct me if I am mistaken, but I thought that your fix for the broken ammo economy at launch was to guarantee a power ammo drop from all enemies with a yellow or orange health bar. I ask because that is definitely NOT how the game behaves. I, and everyone I know, get a power brick from maybe 30%-50% of yellow/orange bars we kill. Is it a bug? Did they change this mechanic and I missed it? And yes, I know that you have to get the kill shot for the supposed guaranteed drop.
