Sagira's Shell Won't Drop
Hello!
Trying to get Sagira's shell, not sure what I'm missing. All the 'guides' say to just get all the weapons. I think I've done that - Brother Vance has nothing for me. There are still 2 dark spots on the wall though; not sure if that's a clue to my next steps.
Any help would be appreciated thank you!

1 RispondiHe gives 1,2,3 on week 1. 4,5,6 on week 2. 7,8,9 on week 3. 10,11,12 on week 4. Depending on which ones you're missing, you will have to wait between 1 and 3 weeks. Are the two dark spots next to each other?
