Sagira's Shell Won't Drop
Hello!
Trying to get Sagira's shell, not sure what I'm missing. All the 'guides' say to just get all the weapons. I think I've done that - Brother Vance has nothing for me. There are still 2 dark spots on the wall though; not sure if that's a clue to my next steps.
Any help would be appreciated thank you!

The dark spots mean that you haven’t done all the prophecies yet. Check with Vance each weekly reset, the ones you needs will show up soon enough. There are 3 each week, and they rotate through the entire list.
