What are the best mods for Bethesda games on PS4?

For Skyrim or Fallout 4 or both? [b]Skyrim[/b] Dense Grass Kato's mods There are some decent retexture mods. I don't know what it's called but, it's under highest rated where NPCs act more natural and there is another that adds a bunch of lore friendly NPCs to the game. [b]Fallout 4[/b] There is a mod that allows any weapon/armor mod for anything. There is a mod that allows you to put armor of clothing. There are mods that add every in-game asset to the settlement builder.
