Blighted essence - how do I get 36%?
I have unlocked heroic on all 3 char. Obtained catalyst (beat heroic) on one char, did all the chests and obtained 12% progress. Went into heroic on 2nd char only for chests and dupe schematic. Even tho I have the catalyst already, I did not get any more blighted essence out of the chests. Do I have to beat heroic on all 3 characters every week to reach 36% per week?

Researching this I am reading that people have gotten 36% with only one heroic clear. 24% on the clear and 12% from the chests. So I am now as confounded as Asher Mir in the pyramidian strike.

ANSWER you must complete heroic again after obtaining catalyst to receive an additional 12 blighted essence (24%) and then the chest run gives you 6 blighted essence (12%) for 36% total.
