Direct purchase from the Emissary of the Nine?
My RNG is horrendous! I've collected 1,000s of TotN tokens, I've been flawless 19 times. I still can't get the basic chest piece for my Titan 😑 I feel at this point where almost all other things are directly purchasable from a vendor it wouldn't be the worst thing ever to allow us to purchase from her. Anyone agree?
