Not getting Resonate Stems
Any patrol or adventure I do doesn't give me Stems other people in my fireteam get them when I don't. I already have 3 but i cant get a 4th to complete the quest. I haven't gotten any in the past 3 or 4 days.

Hi Bandademan, In order to get Resonant Stems you need to finish the Warmind campaign and at least finish the first part of the Nascent Dawn quest. Once you are finished with both of those, resonant stems will start dropping from activities on Mars.
