What is with the rng of pokemon spawning in your location?
Is it georefrence based or total rng?

Based mainly on location certain Pokemon have higher chances of spawning in specific areas. Some Pokemon are restricted to certain country's. There is slight RNG cause there are still common-rare Pokemon for every area.
