The latest legal controversy...
So fortnight is being sued by PUBG got "copyrighting" battle Royale. What are your opinions on what you can copyright and who should win.
My thoughts are below
[spoiler] fortnight should win because you can't copy a game type. It's the same reason I can't copyright 2+2 and sue any school that uses it. Just like how CoD can't sue every other game for being a shooter, or why battlefield can't sue Cod for using ww2[/spoiler]

The lawsuit probably won’t go anywhere, but you have to admit, PUBG is the only reason BR fortnite exists. Fortnite had been in the works for a while, and focused entirely on the PVE game mode. Then Epic’s Paladins flops, PUBG is wildly successful, and all of a sudden the previously PVE horde builder/shooter is a BR game that’s essentially identical the PUBG in every significant way. Now Fortnite is arguably more successful than PUB, and that just seems pretty shitty to me.
