I cant seem to get any of the weapon based legendary leg armor mods for my Titan. (kinetic / energy / power) Ive spent thousands with banshee buying mods, turning in weapon parts, and tried creating one directly but they never drop. Im certain this is a bug. i have blue ones but they never turn legendary
