I'm well aware of how to infuse and how mods work, please no one lecture me. My 370 Hunter has been mostly getting gear with a "base power too low" to level weapons and gear. My cloak is 373 modded (don't remember how i got it) I received a 365 unmodded for one luminous and a 367 unmodded cloak for another. My weapons are 372's modded and i keep getting 365 and 367 unmodded weapons! I CANNOT INFUSE these. Yes, I'm aware 367 is technically 2 light above my 370, but when i have multiple 372's it doesn't do any good getting these lower weapons. Completing EP was quite difficult and even that only rewarded a cloak 2 levels above. I was 366 and received a 363 cloak! Is Bungie afraid to give out higher level gear? EP is considered "end game" content and supposed to drop higher rewards than Luminous according to their own update. It's bad enough getting 3 cloaks in a row, but having 2 of them unusable sucks and getting under leveled rewards is just wrong! Better RNG would be nice, i could have infused 367 gear for anything else...
