- Dear Bungie - - Just a suggestion - Split DLC apart with Vicarious Visions, Bungie would do 2 Small (Dark Below, Curse of Osiris) sized DLC and Visions would build another 2 by themselves and the two companies work together to build the massive TTK sized DLC. So how I would suggest you guys release DLC would be, Bungie creates one DLC, then Visions (so Bungie can build the groundwork for the massive Expansion, while the second DLC being released, Visions joins Bungie to finish the Expansion). However, the best way to maximize effort and create the best DLC possible, I also think Bungie should stop building D3, at least for now. instead, you should put the team in charge of D3 to work helping the Live team. That way, instead of starting from scratch (or worse, put systems into D3 that we as a community hated in D2, taking a massive step back) the D3 team can get a hands-on feeling on the D2 Sandbox and once D2 is at a great place, the D3 team can go back to work on D3 and take the assets they worked on and transfer them into right into D3 to be further improved on. Im not a game dev and I don't know what your contract with Activion or Vicarious Visions allows or limits, but I do think this would be the best way to maximize productivity.
