I understand how you feel. But this is how I work around the situation. I don’t like to raid with my friends because we can become jaded to each other and hate each other due to the stress of the raid, so I tend to make new friends everyday for any activity. I also don’t rely on them to do future raids if we become friends. I just find new people. Matchmaking with raids would only work if they were shorter and easier like Final Fantasy 14 which also has the more complicated ones for people to party up with.
