And there excuse now is: The community told us they wanted grind, when in fact it's just bad game design with timegating.
It was even worse in year one vanilla D1 when you couldn't even do strikes as solo player.
Bungie just isn't able to produce a GAME!

Yeah this gives me flashbacks to year 1 destiny when I was solo and couldn't run nightfalls. I didn't get any exotics foooorever.

I used to solo those -blam!-ers. Camp with icebreaker for 2 and a half hours and then die right before the boss goes down. That was fun like getting a colonoscopy at the dentist but worth it once I got that sweet ghorn.
