many harder games do it just fine, let's not pretend it's the users fault.

Oh, I'm not saying it shouldn't be in the game, it's actually a -blam!-ing travesty that it's not a feature after 4 years. But I call horseshit on people who push that as an excuse that they are unable to raid ever, especially when the exact same people have access to be Bungie forums.

Probably the elitism from lfg, u need this to join my team, u need that, if u die it’s criticism from the host, if the host dies it’s still your fault for unknown reasons. I mean who can be bothered with that? Not everyone is great at gaming, not everyone cares about completing the raid, in d1 there was times I didn’t complete raids with my fire team, yeah it was disappointing but the sun didn’t fall out of the sky, life went on. Some people just like to attempt the activities n have fun, they could do that with in game matchmaking. Lfg would still be there for the rest to set up their “perfect” party

That's a fair point but people need to realise that they can look for people themselves. It's how I started raiding back in D1, watched a few Crota Videos and made my own group, looking for a team of freshies, no bullshit light requirement, no Gjallerhorn, no Black Hammers and a dead Crota at the end.
