Can't claim engram from arcite, there's just nothing there
Hello guys,
as you can tell from the picture, I can't claim an engram from arcite (although I earned one) since there just nothing where there would normally be an engram.
Any tips for this?

You need to finish the main “Red War” campaign before the gunsmith engram becomes available.
