GMO means genetically modified organism. there is no appreciable diffrence between a GMO and its natural counterpart unless it was modified in a way to make it taste diffrent or have diffrent neutrantantitive properties- and this is the only way it could be made "unhealthy" [spoiler]i don't know if that's a real word[/spoiler] what you should be worried about is corn syrup, insecticides, and preservatives.
