Ive seen numerous posts on this forum from players who have had their characters deleted either by someone in the family, by misstake or by getting hacked/recovery. Allot of time and work wasted. [b]Prevent deletion by misstake[/b] Id like to suggest that you add an option in the Destiny game settings that enables people to lock the characters like we can lock our exotics. That way they can’t be deleted by misstake from the startscreen. [b]Prevent deletion by intent[/b] As for security preventing hackers or people who intentionaly wants to delete someone elses character, might be a bit more difficult. It would require some sort of two way verification. Would be a nice addition but i understand if it is difficult to sort out. The first one would not be that hard to fix maybe? It would be a nice option since you dont restore lost characters and might atleast save some parents or people with friends/family who have sticky fingers :)
