They broke away and negated that light and they came into life on their own accord. this how you get the word EVIL and you spell it backwards equals LIVE. Satan or Satanas is for the most part a creation of the church used for generations to scare believers and non believers alike. In more modern day times Satanists are a sect or religioun used to promote an ideology or belief of a divine presence a being like God ( or not depending who you ask) yet extricabley linked through powerful archetypical forces that serve to empower or provide both wordly and spiritual benefits.
