To whom it may concern, Please develop the ability to convert Rare engrams to Legendary in D2. Rare engrams do not hold the value of Legendary and are viewed as disposable. This would be a way to add more value to what has already been developed while adding a grind element. You could repurpose the Forge machine at the Lighthouse (Osiris Expansion) as a way to convert Rare to Legendary engrams. The are some good Rare armor and weapons sets that could become great when making them Legendary and being able to add Master Work elements to them. Note: Would be nice to know if someone from Bungie actually reads these.
