I'm not sure what Bungie's reasoning is, but it feels like they want to brush certain voices under the rug. I hope not. In my post I honestly critiqued what I see as the franchise's main issue. I even said I like D2 and that I think they will improve it by the end of its life, but that this was also its fundamental issue: that it will end. What I said resonated with many of you, and you showed your support. My thread ended up in #feedback where the rate at which it received likes dropped noticeably. If I had received a response from Bungie, I could understand the "[i]this is were Cozmo goes[/i]" argument. But as it is I feel like they are just burying what I had to say...
