You have to kill Tess Bungie, remove her. Redistribute all of her loot across other in game activities such as strikes/raids. At this point you don't have the player base to realistically make a lot from the sales of bright engram's because that feature drove so many away from the product. You're losing out on literally hundreds of thousands of DLC purchases because no one has any incentive too play your game. This and this alone may be enough to show the community Bungie is committed to change. Otherwise watch as 5 years of work shrivels and dies by your own hands
