Orpheus Rig Broken?
Any1 else notice Orpheus Rig is broken since Faction Rally?
Use it usual and get energy back, but it dissipates and goes away all the way to zero.
Have to recharge it all over again from scratch.
Kinda defeats the intrinsic perk you gave it Bungie...
Useless to use it now.
