3 RisposteSomebody is just trolling Hawaii it seems or they forgot the date in which to test the alarms. This happened a bunch of times during the Cold War when people actually had something to worry about because the USSR was a legitimate threat. Hell, in 1983 the USSR falsely detected missiles being launched towards their country and were minutes away from counter attacking. Thank god that did not happen.
