CHIVE error - suggested fix Article does not work to fix error

Running on an MacBook Pro using Parallels Desktop Pro 13 with Windows 10.
All software up to date.
Game scanned and repaired.
Get CHIVE error every time I try to start the game. Never had the game working yet.
I need some help with sorting this one out, please.
