On the Phoenix Strife Type 0 shoulders, with ornament, there is a little piece of tattered fabric that juts out from the titan's right armpit. You can also see it plain as day floating a foot or two above your head when driving on a sparrow. It looks like it's anchored to whatever the center point of character animation might be because it never moves with any part of the character's body.
