Prior to the addition of 3oC: exotic drops about 1 per hour on Public Events.
After 3oC addition: 1 exotic dropped doing Public Events AND 60 Heroic Strikes since Xur arrived! 3 3oC’s and 12 hours of straight play grinding for Prophecy components.
And, the 1 exotic dropped 10 light below my level .
It is a pure waste of your marks, period...
