While I understand what you're saying, Three of Coins is difficult to test, and therefore is one of those things that just have to be placed out in the wild to find any issues. One person's "luck" doesn't determine whether or not something like the Three of Coins, which affects RNG, is bugged or not. TL;DR Three of Coins can't be regularly tested like a lot of other things.
