I haven't had a chance to try them yet. I know that my drop rate went down 60% a few patches ago, so once I start using them I'll be able to tell. From what I'm reading all of the boons are crap and not worth the shards. I did get my St 14 Helm from the fated engram, so I was pleased with that.

The boons from Eververse from extra bright dust do work. I use theones that give more loot and xp from strikes, and I get more tokens and glimmer mostly, but with Masterworks I'll take all the tokens I can get. I have a metric ass ton of bright dust just from dismantling shaders and stuff I get from bright engrams. I don't know why anyone would buy a bright engram. We get enough just by playing.
