Now that that title should bring in plenty of users, for the reeeeel purpose of this thread: Any1 know what the best exchange site is? Like CBase/GDX, Changlly, Polo, Gem, Krakn, others? Looking hard at Gem but wary of a few things and would like to basically find a site for those within the U.S.S.A too poor to afford a VPN/proxy combo (still need a new rig too) to throw a few hundred at some alt-coins for a physical wallet quickly, safely, as anonymously as possible with a friendly user interface and little to no limits on deposits a day and short wait times all with (since Pay pal is not a thing it seems, although this user would prefer that) a CC/DC and avoid the hassle/risk of having to have/open and link a bank acc.. Suggestions?
