PSA: Cayde-6 dies next week guys
Just letting y’all know so you can order plenty boxes of Kleenex.
Not sure what Bungie plan on doing about marketing their future DLCs as Cayde-6 was their major selling point...

Just because somebody found a voice line referencing Cayde's death, doesn't mean he's going to die. It could just be something leftover that they're no longer going to use. There are plenty of voice lines and such in the databases that were just scrapped ideas.
