Not sure how many people have already posted this, but just wanted to share my issue. Currently experiencing a complete system shut down during "My Captain" mission on Nessus. Nothing in my event viewer is giving me anything to work with. My system just shuts down completely without warning.. Happens around the time a minotaur spawns just after the first jumping puzzle. I have to perform a complete power cycle to be able to boot it up again. It's only Destiny that this happens to. My temps are 41°C CPU and 64°C GPU. My MB temps are all pretty cool too. It's the strangest thing, and i'm really struggling to find a fix :/. All my drivers, windows updates, BIOS settings, and hardware firmwares are all up to date too. It has recently began to randomly shut down at any point during gameplay now, but it hasn't done it yet today. The mission on Nessus is the only guaranteed spot i know it crashes at, and always at the same point. Rig Details are as follows: AMD Ryzen 1700 @3.2ghz ASUS x370 Pro MB Nvidia 1080ti 32gb Kingston Fury @2400mhz 2x 250gb SSD 2x 1TB HDD Corsair HX1000i PSU OS: Windows 10 x64 All of these items are between 1 month to 4 months old as it's a completely new build.
