I will preface this by apologizing, as I was unsure where to post this. I spent numerous hours learning the intricacies of the raid on the go, as I filled in for a group of 5 that lost a player. To keep a long story short, as we dropped Calus to the last 2% of hp, my game crashed. Not only did I not receive any loot, but my clan was also denied the completion of the raid milestone (24 people losing out on a powerful engram drop if I'm not mistaken). Obviously this is some of the worst timing in existence, but I'd still like a response regarding the issue. Regardless of whether it can be remedied, I'm just a *tad* frustrated these issues persist and wanted to voice my concern.
