Rat King Failure
I've done a Nightfall with 5:10 minutes left, but the quest wasn't cleared... Could you tell me what could happened?

Time isn't the only requirement. At least one other member of your fireteam needs to either have the same quest step as you OR the Rat King equipped at the time the boss is killed.
