On the Comms?
I've had a character in destiny since the OG vanilla. For destiny 2 I transferred one of those characters over. Said character managed to get on the Comms to drop. I've completed the quest thru and thru. Since I wrapped the game on that character I made the other 2 classes and they haven't gotten the quest to drop.
