An idea for a titan exotic
After talking with a few titan users it is evident that the barricade takes a good second to appear. While I do think that it shouldn’t be changed perhaps having an exotic gear in which the barricade instantly pops up. Maybe with decreased wall cool down if that isn’t op enough. What do you think?

10 RispostePanic slam is enough. A panic shield that comes up frequently would make titans way too hard to kill at a distance. I think we can all relate to the team shot problem. This might be a good idea once that's fixed. That's a pretty big maybe.
